Flashback Friday to a few months ago when we ran for the CIBC run for the cure with our awesome team Fo Shoe !

We learned alot from this run as it was only shortly after loosing my father to cancer and so I wanted to push myself as much as possible and I did and ran faster then I have in the past 7 years with a time of 24:24 which usually I run a time of around 26:30 which in the running world is a big difference .
