A Strong month in May for Ottawa Real Estate Market - Are Condos on the rise? Are we in a Sellers Market? - OREB May 2017 Stats
We had a great month in May for Ottawa Real Estate with 2300 units sold compared to 1919 units sold in May 2016 which is a 19.9% increase. This was a large part because of the condo market which saw an increase of 44% more condo sales compared to May 2016.
